Important information for attendees at the First Nations Business Trade Fair

We are looking forward to seeing you at the First Nations Business Trade Fair on Tuesday 16 April 2024 on the lands of the Gimuy Walubara Yidinji and Yirrganydji peoples.

Please see below important information that will help you prepare for the Trade Fair. Please read this carefully to ensure that you comply with all security requirements and get the most out of the event.

Date: Tuesday 16 April 2024
Time: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Location: Auditorium, Cairns Convention Centre, Sheridan St & Wharf St, Cairns City QLD 4870, Australia
Number of exhibitors: expecting maximum 80 business to be showcased. View the exhibitor list here.
Number of buyers: we are expecting over 200 buyers to attend on the day
Tickets: registrations have now closed

Please note: we are unable to provide personal information or details on our suppliers or members pre, during and post-event. You will receive the exhibitor list with company names only prior to the day.

What should you bring?    

We are encouraging exhibitors to display a QR code to link to their relevant websites / products and services. Please bring a device (smart phone or tablet) to scan these QR codes.

You may also wish to bring several of your business cards or a notebook to record your conversations and details of other participants/ businesses. Supply Nation will not be sharing your details post the event.    

Where can I park?  

The Cairns Convention Centre supplies parking, check their website for more details.

Alternatively there is paid street parking around the Convention Centre.

Who will be exhibiting?

We are expecting maximum 80 exhibitors on the day. The majority of Indigenous businesses are located in or can service Cairns, including the Torres Strait and surrounds. View the exhibitor list here.

Is the event catered?

We will be providing a light morning tea for attendees. 

Is the venue accessible?

Are tickets still available?

Registrations for this event have now closed.

What if I can no longer attend?

We encourage you to swap your ticket with a colleague. Please refer to the confirmation order email sent by Humanitix at the point of registering to access / edit your order to include your colleague’s name and details.  

If you want to cancel the entire ticket, please let us know as soon as possible at events@supplynation.org.au
