Events and opportunities

Designed to support our vision of a prosperous, vibrant and sustainable Indigenous business sector, there are events across the country throughout the year. These include training initiatives, networking events, and our annual flagship event, Connect.

Some events are open to the general public, and others are only open to the Supply Nation community of members and businesses listed on Indigenous Business Direct.

  • World Indigenous Business Forum

    WIBF (World Indigenous Business Forum) is an Indigenous-run not-for-profit initiative that brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and communities globally to promote Indigenous economic development. Run by the Indigenous Leadership Development Institute Inc, WIBF 2025 host partner is Kinaway Chamber of Commerce

  • Aboriginal Business Showcase – Hobart

    To celebrate Aboriginal Business Month, the Palawa Business Hub is hosting the showcase of Aboriginal Businesses in Lutruwita/Tasmania. The purpose of the showcase is to bring everyone together.
