Indigenous Business Officer – WA

As a result of continued growth of the organisation, a new full-time opportunity is now available for an Indigenous Business Officer to join our Perth team in late February / early March 2022.

Working within the Indigenous Business team, the Indigenous Business Officer’s overall objective is to ensure that our Indigenous Business verification program maintains the highest standard of integrity and authenticity and that Indigenous businesses needs and enquiries are actioned where required.

This role will suit a strong communicator who is process focused with a keen eye for detail.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Indigenous Business, the successful candidate will assess and verify applications for registration on Indigenous Business Direct as well as conduct annual and random audits of existing Supply Nation registered Indigenous businesses on Indigenous Business Direct.

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

A full-time opportunity is available for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team in early 2022. This role is a 12 month Parental Leave cover, with the possibility of extension.

Working within the Corporate Affairs Team, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of diverse marketing, communications and media engagement activities.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the successful candidate will co-ordinate marketing projects and the production of monthly newsletters, manage merchandise production and stock, draft and edit copy, manage website updates and work on strategic engagement campaigns. You will also drive quality assurance, ensuring all design collateral is compliant with brand guidelines, and be involved in Supply Nation’s flagship event for the Indigenous business sector – Connect.

Copy writing for various channels is a core function of this role, and experience preparing media releases and publications will be highly regarded.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will also coordinate the production logistics for design briefs, videography projects, and photographic shoots.

This role will suit a creative communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard under strict deadlines.

Digital Content Coordinator

As a result of continued growth of the organisation, a new full-time opportunity is now available for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our team in early 2022.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for the development and delivery of thought provoking and engaging content across Supply Nation’s various communication channels, including our website, social media channels, newsletters, magazines and publications.

The Digital Content Coordinator will manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing calendar, and work closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to develop graphics and collateral for relevant communication channels. They will also be responsible for managing SEO, Google Ad Words and content on Supply Nation’s website and associated platforms, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for a creative professional who is comfortable navigating diverse technology platforms to drive strong engagement across our various channels.

This role will suit an experienced content creator with an excellent eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
