A full-time opportunity is now available for a Indigenous Business Officer (NT) to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Indigenous Business, the Indigenous Business Officer’s overall objective is to ensure that Indigenous Business verification program maintains the highest standard of integrity and authenticity and that Indigenous Businesses needs and enquiries are actioned where required.

This is a new role, established to respond to the changing needs of the growing Indigenous business sector. The functions of Indigenous Business Officer will continue to evolve with the needs of the organisation and our stakeholders.

Indigenous Business Customer Care Officer – Perth

A permanent part-time opportunity is now available for a Indigenous Business Customer Care Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the Team Leader – Customer Care, The Indigenous Business Customer Care Officer plays a key role in supporting the development of a sustainable and prosperous Indigenous enterprise sector in Australia. The role has responsibility for ensuring the integrity, efficient and effective operation of Supply Nation’s newly created Indigenous business customer service centre operations and its existing supplier registration and support programs.

It is essential the team member in this role build and maintain strong relationships with our external stakeholders, namely Supply Nation registered Indigenous businesses, and internal team members. As part of the Audit, Risk and Certification (ARC) team, the IB Customer Care Officer will contribute to the development and maintenance of customer care systems and processes, ensuring respectful communications and accurate collection of data in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

The IB Customer Care Officer role is a newly created role, and its functions will continue to evolve with the needs of the organisation and its key stakeholders.

A permanent part-time opportunity is now available for a Indigenous Business Database Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Indigenous Business, The Indigenous Business Database Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development of a sustainable and prosperous Indigenous enterprise sector in Australia.

The role has responsibility for ensuring integrity and efficient operation of Supply Nation’s CRM and Indigenous Business Directory database.

It is essential the incumbent is able to build and maintain strong relationships with our external stakeholders and team members. The functions of the Indigenous Business Database Coordinator will continue to evolve with the needs of the organisation.

Relationship Manager – VIC

A full-time opportunity is now available for a Relationship Manager (VIC) to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Membership the overarching objective of the Relationship Manager role is to provide support and assistance to members, made up of corporate, government and not for profit organisations, to increase their levels of business activity with Indigenous businesses.

Relationship Managers provide a key point of connection between Supply Nation member organisations and the Indigenous businesses that provide goods or services to fulfil those organisations’ procurement requirements.

Working within an assigned region, along with other members of the membership team, your key tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate business engagements between Supply Nation’s government and corporate sector members (including procurement managers, corporate social responsibility managers and/or purchasing officers); and Indigenous businesses who are registered or certified with Supply Nation.

The functions of this position will continue to evolve with the needs of the organisation and our stakeholders.

Corporate Services Manager

A part-time (3 days / week) opportunity is now available for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team.

As a member of the Leadership team, and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Corporate Services Manager plays an integral role by ensuring the Supply Nation office infrastructure meets the demands of a growing organisation.

The Corporate Services Manager provides high level strategic operational oversight to the work of policy compliance and operational administration, and supports the Human Resources and Finance functions. The Corporate Services Manager will develop, establish and maintain the internal office systems, policies and processes to meet organisational objectives and business obligations in a rapidly evolving organisation.

This role will suit an experienced professional with highly developed administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with tact and a ‘can do’ approach.

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

A full-time opportunity is available for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team in early 2022. This role is a 12-month Parental Leave cover, with the possibility of extension.

Working within the Corporate Affairs Team, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of diverse marketing, communications and media engagement activities.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the successful candidate will co-ordinate marketing projects and the production of monthly newsletters, manage merchandise production and stock, draft and edit copy, manage website updates and work on strategic engagement campaigns. You will also drive quality assurance, ensuring all design collateral is compliant with brand guidelines, and be involved in Supply Nation’s flagship event for the Indigenous business sector – Connect.

Copy writing for various channels is a core function of this role, and experience preparing media releases and publications will be highly regarded. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will also coordinate the production logistics for design briefs, videography projects, and photographic shoots.

This role will suit a creative communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard under strict deadlines.
