What is included with your ticket on the day?

  • 1 x trestle table (a black tablecloth will be provided)
  • 2 x chairs
  • Light morning tea and coffee

What is not included with your ticket on the day?

  • Delivery and collection of goods
  • Trolleys will not be available
  • Loading dock
  • Power and Wi-Fi are not available

If I register, does that mean I am successful?

Registration does not guarantee eligibility to exhibit. As part of registration, we conduct eligibility checks to confirm exhibitors are registered or certified with Supply Nation and have updated their Indigenous Business Direct profile within the last 12 months. Please await your official confirmation email.

What can I bring?

  • Merchandise
  • Branded tablecloth
  • Pull-up banners (must not exceed 2m(w), 2m(h))
  • Printed marketing materials
  • Small trolley (that can pack away under your table when not in use)

What time is bump-in?

7:30am – 8:30am: Bump-in and exhibitor check in. All exhibitors must be onsite by 8:30am.

What time is bump-out?

12:30pm – 2pm: You can only pack down once the Trade Fair ends at 12:30pm. All exhibitors must be offsite by 2pm.

Where can I park?

There is no parking at the venue and limited metered street parking available along Hickson Road. Parking is subject to availability; therefore, we recommend pre-booking one of the nearby car parks and allowing extra time to walk to the venue. Prices vary between each car park, prices listed on the website.

Can I arrange for my items to be delivered to the loading dock?

There is no loading dock access available for this event, please find a suitable parking spot and carry or trolley your event equipment through the main public entrance.

Can I sample or sell food and beverage on the day?

Yes. Exhibitors wishing to sample or sell food and non-alcoholic beverages must:

Can I sample or sell alcoholic beverages on the day?

No, alcoholic beverages cannot be sold onsite or taken away, as the venue (Pier 2/3) is not licensed.

Alcohol may only be served if you obtain the appropriate liquor licence for the event and comply with all applicable Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and licence conditions.

If you wish to serve alcohol, you must provide the relevant liquor licence documentation to the Supply Nation Events team at events@supplynation.org.au and complete the Food and Beverage Sampling Request Form by COB, Friday 6 November 2026.

Can I sell merchandise on the day?

Yes, you can. However, you will need to bring your own point of sale. If you require access to power, let our team know as soon as possible.

Is power available?

There is limited access to power available. All electrical devices must be tested and tagged prior to bump-in. If you require access to power, let our team know as soon as possible.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is accessible.

Can I change my supplier industry?

Yes, if you need to update your industry prior to the event, email customercare@supplynation.org.au and CC events@supplynation.org.au.

What if I can no longer attend?

We encourage you to swap your ticket with a colleague. Refer to the confirmation order email sent by Humanitix to edit your order and update your colleague’s name and details.

If you want to cancel the ticket, let us know as soon as possible at events@supplynation.org.au.

What happens if an exhibitor does not show or cancels late?

If you fail to notify us of your cancellation or do not attend the event, this will be recorded in our system and may affect your eligibility to participate in future events.
