Lodge a complaint

Supply Nation is committed to investigating and resolving complaints in a timely manner with fairness and to taking action to address identified improvements. Complaints are handled by a dedicated Complaints Team.

Supply Nation members, registered businesses, and certified Suppliers (collectively “members/suppliers”) must comply with the Supply Nation Member and Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code”). This form is made available to anyone who wishes to report to Supply Nation any possible irregularities, breaches of conduct occurring during engagement with another member or supplier that are contrary to the Code and/or allegations of black cladding. Supply Nation cannot investigate commercial disputes.

Supply Nation recognises that complaints are generally made in good faith. All complaints are taken seriously and given careful and respectful consideration. Supply Nation is committed to handling complaints based on the following principles:
● Guarantee of confidentiality
● Respect for the anonymity of people who do not want to be identified
● No retaliation for complainants who report in good faith
● Impartiality and objectivity
● Respect for the rights of all parties involved in the management of files

Supply Nation will use the information submitted to assess the complaint and determine how to proceed. Complaints submitted that provide insufficient information, fall outside the purpose of this form and/or are deemed frivolous or vexatious complaints may be closed without further investigation. To investigate a complaint, Supply Nation must have a record of the complaint details and will usually provide a copy of the complaint (excluding contact details) to the person or organisation the subject of the complaint and, if necessary, other parties with relevant information about the complaint. By completing and submitting this form the complainant consents to Supply Nation using the information submitted for these purposes. Anonymous complaints are permissible under the Privacy Act, however, may limit our ability to investigate. Personal information will only be disclosed or used by Supply Nation in accordance with the Supply Nation Privacy Policy or as permitted by law. Supply Nation can and will refer complaints to other bodies including but not limited to NIAA, ACCC and ASIC. Supply Nation will, where an email is provided, report findings to the complainant in accordance with privacy and confidentiality laws.
